I'm happy to say that I've many friends. I'm sure you do, too. Without friends it'll be a very lonely world for us. No happiness to share, no secrets to tell...
I'd like to tell you about a friend of mine, who's left to another place in the country as his family had to leave because of his dad's transfer to a new work place. His name is Timothy Ong.
I've known him since my primary days, but then we weren't as close to each other as we were during our secondary years. He carried an air of "cool", an aura of respect, and hust brought laughs whenever he tells any of my friends one of his jokes. I can never forget all the fun times we had, as a Prefect (we were both in the same Commission), as classmates and as best buddies. Sometimes I laugh to myself whenever I reminisce on his exploits and daily insults hurled at poor fellow classmate Mark. Ha, those times!
Yes, those were the days.
Alas, he has gone to Taiping in the Siulver State here, and now we cannot share those great times we did the years before. Still, I will never forget him as a great person; not just as a friend, but as a brother-in-arms.
I'll take my leave now. If there's anything you'd like to say about this cool guy, please leave a note. I'll see you guys soon.
(P.S. - This is to all CS-ians of the 2007/2008 administration. WHERE ARE YOU PEOPLE??? If you ever stumble on my blog, leave me a note, and any form of contact- e-mail, blog, phone, whatever. As long as it's not Friendster or MySpace or any of that sort, 'cos I don't got one.)
